About Me
If you’re reading this page, then you’ve probably come here by accident, or you’re looking for one of the many famous David Salter’s such as this one. We’ll, that’s not me.
Are you still here?
If so, I’m David Salter – Java Developer, author and coffee drinker . I specialize in developing Java Enterprise Applications particularly with JBoss (RedHat) technologies such as JBossAS, Seam and Hibernate. I’ve been working with Java since the turn of the century.
I’m the author of 2 Java books. My latest book, Seam 2.x Web Development has just been published by Packt Publishing and shows how you can develop rich web applications with Seam, Facelets and RichFaces using the JBoss Application Server. Also, I co-authored the book, Building SOA-Based Composite Applications Using NetBeans IDE 6
with Frank Jennings where we show how to design, build, test and debug service-oriented applications with ease using XML, BPEL and Java Web services using OpenESB and NetBeans 6.
